Once the retention period expires, your data is automatically deleted securely or anonymised so that you can no longer be identified.
8. Child Protection Policy
Tp53 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. Protecting minors' data is one of our highest priorities.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
- Age verification is required at registration and is re-confirmed during the KYC process.
- Any account identified as belonging to a minor is immediately closed and all associated data is deleted.
